What is or was the greatest tasting chocolate based confectionary in the world ?

Were you a milky bar kid, Mars bar mad ?

It's pretty flexible so things like maltesers, after eights etc although not strictly bars are still game.

Wonka - nutty crunchy surprise.

Then too many people started replicating the wonka bar & ruined it

I used to love Kit Kats but they don't taste the same anymore.

Due to slightly high blood sugar I have to be content with 85% cocoa dark chocolate nowadays but its lovely melted with dark cherries dipped in it

I love wagon wheels, walnut whips and picnic bars(not sure if they're still available)

Never liked Mars bar as they had a funny taste.

Whatever you do don't leave me in charge of your stash of chocolate peanuts or raisins

My other passion is Jaffa cakes mmmmmmmm and as it's my thread they're allowed in via a legal loophole

Strange that a lot of mine have fruit and/or nuts in them.

Finger of fudge, Mars, Milky Way and Lion Bar are close behind.

Recently discovered Aldi do a Turkish delight bar of chocolate which is rather moreish!

Only the crumbliest flakiest chocolate

Misses the mouth and makes a mess on the floor

I did love cabanas. Loved the sweetness of the cherries and coconut with the chocolate.

Alternatively these days I prefer the saltiness that comes in a star bar
