"I used to have an app which was good.... Lost it when I changed phone though as was no longer available on Google play I just use chemical help now when it gets bad in the form of sleeping tablets " I'm getting by. I still function it just gets frustrating at times being wide awake. | |||

Tried all sorts but just cant stay asleep longer" I have a terrible sleep pattern and, having been wired Up to all sorts of gizmos, it seems that I manage about 1.5-2 hours deep sleep a night, the rest of my sleep is made up of fitful cat napping type sleep. Live life tired, but am used to it these days. Have tried dropping caffeine, sugar etc. From Diet, breathing exercises, meditation, all sorts but nothing really seems too help | |||
