"I have to do quite a lot of writing in my job. But in all honesty my handwriting hasn't improved since i was about 7. Has anyone ever managed to improve their handwriting in adulthood? And if so, how?" I have to a write fair amount daily but luckily I'm pretty much the only person who reads it. Even I struggle to make out what some of it says at times

"I am dyslexic, it is more apparent if I write, also my handwriting style varies depending on mood etc. If I want to write neatly I have to concentrate. My signature is never the same either I type on a computer where I can, find it much easier." Sound similar to myself! Unfortunately, unless my docs are hand written, they're not legal.

"If I write more slowly my handwriting is much better now and has a bit of style to it compared to that of my yoof. However I tend to write notes quickly and it just looks like scrawl, so much worse than that of my younger years. I’m trying to learn to take notes on my iPad, so working on it at the moment. I’ll let you know if I progress enough to post handwritten stuff rather than converting it to text." I have the patience to write slowly for about half an hour, but i write for a LOT longer lol! I know im doing something wrong as i end up with a ache in my little finger!

Do you stick it out like the posh people do when they drink a cup of tea?

"I have to do quite a lot of writing in my job. But in all honesty my handwriting hasn't improved since i was about 7. Has anyone ever managed to improve their handwriting in adulthood? And if so, how?" Nah it got worse. Like a spider woth parkinsons staggered across the page. Annoying coz I make lots of notes.

"Should have mentioned, i have to write in caps too which doesn't help!" That doesn't seem very efficient. Couldn't your industry introduce a docusign verification to typed text?

"My handwriting has deteriorated over the years. It still looks like an adult's but sometimes I struggle to read it. I write a lot! I tried taking notes on my tablet but I couldn't remember what I had written. I've returned to taking notes by hand and then my full text is typed. " Oh that's not good news for me!

"Should have mentioned, i have to write in caps too which doesn't help!" . I’m the same. My handwriting has always been terrible, so caps is the only way to make it legible.

"Should have mentioned, i have to write in caps too which doesn't help!" If I write in capitals my writing is a lot better even at speed, albeit it is much slower than cursive.

" On the rare occasion that Adobe docs can be used, they still need to be printed out and hand signed. All archives are paper.

"Should have mentioned, i have to write in caps too which doesn't help! If I write in capitals my writing is a lot better even at speed, albeit it is much slower than cursive." I only use caps if I need to shout in my notes so I find the section. My memory is linked to my handwriting. Once I have written I usually only return to the notes to check quotes or accuracy.
