I think it may be illegal in all of England's and Wales' public loos, which I assume includes bars and clubs too. I'm guessing Scottish and perhaps Northern Ireland are a little more sensible than to have a universal ban.

I did. It wasn't with a stranger though. I came to the pub with him and a group of our mutual friends. It was really embarrassing when we came back to the table. Everyone knew what we were doing but nobody said a thing
