Ah, very tough.

I had two in a week last year.

It's brutal but survivable.

There's often beautiful moments to cling to amongst the grief. Look for them if you can.

That’s really tough but unfortunately as we get older we going to see more of this and from little old me all I can say is at least there they are at peace and just hold onto good memories
