Partridge fillets fried.

Salt, paprika, turmeric, saffron, garlic and allspice.

Dash of cider vinegar.

Might be ok, might not?

I don't follow recipes..

I had steak pieces yesterday with mixed peppers, red onion and covered the lot in chilli powder and Worcestershire sauce. It was bloody awesome

Might be to many flavours going on that you take away the partridge flavour or on the other hand you might love it which is all that matters..

The worst thing that'll happen is you don't do the same recipe again.

If you don't try you'll never know
