"I say let America have him, but if they go for the death penalty which is likely, I doubt we will send him as it will be against his rights etc ! We the uk have not exredited people in the past due to the grounds the face the death penalty in the country we are sending him ! Personally if he wants to incite murder against our troops etc, I'm happy to see him get his just deserts. In the best possible taste . An eye for an eye etc ! But on a plus note he did lose his eye and hand clearing mines in afghanistan ! An there is still plenty of mines to be cleared still . Could save our boys a job !" I'd make the one eyed, one handed twat go across the minefield on a pogo stick

"I'd make the one eyed, one handed twat go across the minefield on a pogo stick " That's actually quite funny and if it wasn't 30 years later it would have made a brilliant Monty Python sketch.

"If he stays here he'll just be a burden on the tax payer. If he goes to USA he'll be toast. Send the bastard there" I was thinking that then I thought it was a bit much the Yanks thinking they could demand who they want. Something grates about how arrogant the yanks are.

Its worse than having an asshole big brother.

"isn't it strange that we are willing to send a person who sets up a site that directs people to where they can download films etc for free with no issues yet when we try to get rid of 6 wasters that preach hatred to any non believers the courts get all excited. The reason they are worried is that the yanks will lock them up in a cell and not their £3000 a month house paid for by taxpayers and treat them like the criminals they are. We are to lenient with them and as for free speach, lets all tell him to feck off somewhere else. Rant over" Total agreement on the Richard O'Dwyer situation. He should be tried if at all in the UK and we should have told the yanks to spin on that one.

Will the Americans hand over Mark Zuckerberg to the German authorities for allowing the trolling of a German model to occur on Facebook that led to the poor wretch committing suicide? I doubt it.

"This thing is a nasty vile piece of scum that has not only sucked this country dry with his various wives and children, but, has blantantly encouraged and spread hatred towards those that have fed him and his for years. I'm more than happy for the Americans to take over the headache and financial stress of his trial. I do wonder though, when he's found guilty, will he get the death penalty in the U.S.? " Dont they usually only agree extradition if there is a guarantee not to pursue the death penalty?

"I have no problem with the extraditon of Abu Hamza, he has served his time for crimes in the UK and is now to face sepperate charges for his activities in the USA no conflict there at all But am concerned about the Babar Ahmad case. UK website alegedly raising funds for terrorist organisation/s. he has not been tried in the UK was only arrested on behalf of the USA that was 7 years ago... my bigest concern is if we let them jail him... do we then have to extradite and jail ALL the fundraisers in the USA who supported the IRA? prisons would burst with over capacity!" Very Good Point

"It the difference between freedom fighter and terrorist, sometimes very difficult to tell the difference" How so? Both kill indiscriminately and then claim that in any conflict there will be unforeseen casualties. To my mind, if someone has issues then take up a rifle and stand opposed where one's enemy can see you. Any other way of fighting a 'war' is cowardice.

So all the French freedom fighters were cowards, all the covert actions carried out by our special forces were cowards. When did you loose the intelligence you were born with?

If you look at it face on you are right it would be interesting if the British government made counter claims for US citizens who supported the IRA.

"Let them have him and do it sooner than later. Waste of tax payers money. " Couldnt agree more. He should have been sent packing years ago. He has sat here living on the back of the British taxpayer whilst encouraging the killing of inocent bystanders in the name of a peverted interpretation of Islam. Hope he gets all that he deserves.

"Try him for what here?......I thought he was already tried and convicted here in 2005?...and although he was eligible for release in 2009 for those crimes he was held in continuing custody whilst awaiting extradition to the US, where they intend to question him regarding allegations that he planned terrorist training camps on US soil? If that is so what would we want to try him on here if he has already served his sentence? No....extradite him now we have the go ahead from the European Courts....the sooner the better." Shame the European Courts have to get involved and a total waste of money! Get rid now I say.

I wasn't aware he had already been convicted and released in the UK to be honest I just had him down as some evil chap with badness on his mind. It does seem a bit much though the EU courts saying if we can deport or not though.
