i can confirm it is most definately possible.

Yes on a few occasions but it has to be special and there has to be the anticipation of what's to come. The first MMF left me that way and I had to use the wall to steady myself on the way to the bathroom. Its a fantastic feeling and I've been lucky enough to repeat a few times.
