What are you most passionate about and what is that you wish you were more passionate about?

I am passionate about growing by business. I wish I was more passionate about removing inequality and child poverty.

Passionate about my job! Want to learn as much as I can to grow and enrich the lives of those I work with.

Passionate about investing in education and when I say education I don't mean from an academic paradigm, mean from a socio developmental perspective.

I would to see a curriculum centred around building confidence, resilience through experiential learning, teaching real life skills. We do this at base level but not through formal learning.

If children have these skills they will flourish at the academic stuff and be more equipped to deal with life later on.

Children are the future afterall, seems silly that we just educate them with a view to grow up, get a job so they can pay tax, that is our governments design. We need to invest so much more into them

Passionate about education. It really is a lifelong thing. And I believe we never stop learning, evolving and should strive to being the best version of ourselves

I have been doing my job for 25 years, I have two degrees related to my field. And undertaking more qualifications soon, a lower level than level 6 I have but I need to be studying.

My discipline is very fluid, ever changing, always something new to learn. I like to keep on top of my CPD to reflect that.

Music. Wish I could do it more. Been in too many failed bands which can affect that passion but I still find again.

I wish i put more into either my writing and finish projects, like a comic I've started, or do a course in something to upskill.

I am sure you must have learnt more in your failures (band failures) than any other successful bands I guess.

Only who not to work with. Had some great experiences with bands. Fronted a Metal covers band for 5 years, that was a lot of fun. We had a silly name which could have changed and I think in the end that killed it. Was another band with the drummer and bassist but their negativity killed everything.

I can understand. It is important that you surround yourself with the right people. I am a firm believer of hanging around with great minds help you become one.

Your belief becomes your thoughts, your thoughts becomes your words, your words becomes your actions and your actions becomes your destiny!
