Thank you to everyone who posted supportive comments the other day and gave me helpful advice. It paid off... I was offered the job today! (I obviously had the power of Fab behind me).

It’s a big change so I’m nervous but hoping it’s going to be a good move.

Now to crash into bed exhausted from the whirlwind of the last few days .....

Well done, I recently went through a long gruelling application and interview process myself but thankfully got it too. It is hard work and bit stressful but worth it. All the best in your new role

Yes forensic mental health (secure inpatient). A new challenge

I used to work in secure forensics - still have some contact as I work in something to similar to a step down inpatient service.

You'll just need to play harder off duty
