Things that put your teeth on edge!!!

After yesterdays post on simple pleasures, what things are there that put your teeth on edge.

My main two are putting a spoon into custard powder or cornflour and ripping cotton wool apart. I've got goosepimples just writing this, how stupid is that

The sound of people brushing their teeth. The kids I babysit for think its hilarious and chase me round the house when I make them bush their teeth
