Mushrooms, peppers , ham and spring onions mixture with egg to bind it.. spread on a toast.. going in the oven soon.

We just had smoked salmon, scrambled eggs with Phildelphia cream cheese, and avocado. Yum.

It was like Nan just not as doughy and it was stuffed with potato, coriander and a few spices. Along with some youghart dip and chutney... it was traditional this morning and was westernised brekky yesterday of a full English.. xh
