La la land

Not inner peace as there's always things I'd like to change about myself. But do have an acceptance of what makes me me. How did I find it? Was fed up of battling myself, I can't change what has passed only my reactions to it

In a wax coated bubble

I found inner peace a year ago when a person passed away, I quite often reflect at the beach and breathe any negativity away.

I did last year my friend, when one accepts their life is going to end, then you allow inner peace to prevail, luckily it wasn’t the end for me, but who knows eh?

This is a good start-

to accept the things I cannot change;

courage to change the things I can;

and wisdom to know the difference"

Nope and I doubt I ever will.

Think it’s something I’m just going to have to manage and roll with.

I used to be a worrywart, always in turmoil.

I went to bed one night kissing three children goodnight, to wake up in the morning with two children, one dying during the night.

My perspective on life changed. The reality is at the end of the day we all die so you have options: waste the limited time being happy or miserable.

It took me years to truly accept that fact, but once I did...

It's usually found about halfway down a gin bottle, but be warned; inner peace will vanish once you drain the bottle

Gawd such heartbreak sooooo very sad but what you say at the end of your post is true..we are but mortals with no idea when that shall end so live it to point when that time comes your life was not wasted but fulfilled x

No. I have acceptance regarding a few things. But deep down i think i’m forever destined to be an anxious soul.

Hiding in the shadows

I don't think I'll ever find it.

My head is too much of a whirlwind

In different circumstances but about a year after my son died i came to a degree of peace i suppose you could say. I realised how lucky i was to have been his mum and how lucky i am to have my daughter.

Once you reach that point you look at things differently. Xxx

Yes but it wasn't until someone showed me the way. I had very different outlook in life but now enjoy life in its simplicity.

Internet, social media, marketing how products and lifestyle. It is shoved down our throats, manipulated and brainwashed into thinking we need all this. Soaps, reality TV could go on but it is all noise and interference in our lives.

Don't get me wrong still like WhatsApp facebook interesting TV. I don't let it define who I am or should be
