Three albums

Jump to newest

By (user no longer on site) OP

Tell us three albums that you've never got tired of. I've been listening to these three for 35 years or more and they sound as great as ever:

Bob Dylan "Desire" At peace after the breakdown of his marriage, it's a much more comfortable listen than the brilliant "Blood on the Tracks". Hispanic flavours and wild fiddles. Incredible songs that get right under your skin.

Kate Bush "The Kick Inside" I've wanted to be her for most of my life. An incredible band, beautiful songs and Kate hitting notes that float like silver bubbles. It's an album that makes me happy I'm a woman.

Pink Floyd "Dark Side of the Moon" Don't really need to say anything, do I. Except its the single most important album of all time to me. I'm sure I'm not alone.

Yeah I'm an old hippy what of it

Looking forward to hearing all yours

Astonishing album. I listened to it properly for the first time in a long while the other day. Definitely stands up to this day.

I think “genius” is really overused when it comes to music, but he definitely was/is a bit one.

It`s weird having pics of people looking at you. I know they can`t really see, But it still puts me off. Breath has to be the most relaxing song of all time & you forget that the heartbeat is always there throughout the album.

"Tell us three albums that you've never got tired of.

Looking forward to hearing all yours "

Isn't Blood on the Tracks about his divorce?
