Not sure exactly but Id guess lime juice, very finely chopped tomato, chilli or tabasco, shallot, maybe a bit of garlic, and some include a bit of fresh coriander...its very fresh and zesty anyway.

Just a drizzle on the oyster is lovely

There's a great Champagne bar in soho and their oysters are amazing. I have to say though that it's only something I eat when with a beautiful woman. I do not believe they have any aphrodisiac properties, I put that down to the champagne.

Tried oysters once .. it actually made me vomit over the plate ... once the slime hit my tonsils it was a split second later it was coming back out..

however the ones from the ice-cream van are much nicer ..
