Buy a portable hard drive put them all on that then it doesn’t matter which computer you want to view them on

Use an external hard drive to upload your photos on too - back your photos and videos up to that regularly. You will have a safe, portable way to keep them and transfer them in the future.

If the files are not too big (in total) you could sign up for free cloud storage with the likes of Dropbox or Google drive and access from there.

Or if you find transferring from one device to another too difficult you could use one of the free file transfer services to send (like email) from one email address to another on different devices. WeTransfer.com and sendthisfile.com being just two. Some may restrict the maximum file size on the free service.
