Soggy leaves everywhere, freezing cold and bugs ugghhhh." So true. I tend to look on the negative side of things these days. I'm definitely having a midlife crisis I feel like there has to be more to life than how I'm living at the moment which is the same routine over and over! Only I have the power to change it - but finding the energy to do it is the problem | |||

Perhaps looking for the positive in a situation- no matter how small- may help. Imagine you're trying to cheer your mate (you) up. What could you say about her (your) day that would make her smile. | |||
