Yes I use a rowing machine in CrossFit. It’s not my favourite activity but I do it

I've started recently primarily as cross training for running as it seems quite an easy thing to to fit in on a lunch break gym visit. I find it really tough, my fitness is very running and cycling centric so I'm hoping it does me some good
