we have looked on a few profiles and notice winks are being mass deleted and seen as a negative thing??? we dont get it we just use it and take it that we are getting someone's attention or they want ours

Unfortunately, whilst most who send them will likely agree, it would seem that a good proportion of the membership of fab aren't particularly fond of them and consider them lazy - and I have to admit that I am beginning to see why as they are very difficult to interpret.

For example, you may use a wink to signify interest in one way or another, and yet the recipient may not completely understand why you're winking at them.

I get why...most likely some female or couple profiles get hundreds of those, so much that it becomes a chore to sort through them.
