Never grown any pampas grass but I think the little wooden sign above the door number that reads 'Chez Fuckpad' gives it away that swingers live here.

That means that the old biddies in their 70's down the road are swingers!

What about all the BBQ's where someone has offered me a sausage? Did they want to bum me?

Hang on a mo, what about that bowl near the front door with the house and car keys in at the vicars house? Is he...do you think...do you reckon??? No wonder his cream tea parties are always busy, raising funds for the church roof my arse!
