Pooch Advice needed ??

So I took Pooch to have his anal glands done last week but hes still bum shuffling !! If anything its worse than before .

Has this happened to anyone elses dog , any advice grateful

Draco needs his anal glands drained every five weeks. Ever since being neutered he’s ‘too happy’ and doesn’t scent. Therefore he doesn’t empty them himself. Fun!

That's quite often every 5 weeks blimey !! Prince only went last week and I'm at a loss

Yep, at about six weeks the explode themselves and it stinks so I’m more than happy to pay £12 for the vet to do it! Hopefully prince is just irritated/uncomfortable

I hope so , hes had it done before and been great after , that's why I'm at a loss this time.

Costs me £20 a pop here too

Is the worming up to date? I'd be inclined to pay the vet another visit as pooch is scooting for a reason and is uncomfortable

It's the gland that secretes pheromones. You know how dogs sniff each others piles of poop to see who's it is? It can get lazy or blocked and need a helping hand to empty. I call it the poop lube.
