World Kindness Day

It's world kindness day today. If everyone just tried a little harder to be kinder, more accepting and more understanding towards other people every day , the world would be a better place.

Also if anyone reading this needs a reminder, it's important to be kind to yourself too. Sometimes in the bustle of life and stuff we forget we need to self care too.

Hopefully you'll all experience kindness often as one day isn't really enough.
