The Tattooist of Auschwitz is not good read. It's a lovely story but the writing is poor and it needed a decent editor to knock it into shape.

The Tattooist of Auschwitz is not good read. It's a lovely story but the writing is poor and it needed a decent editor to knock it into shape.

Have you read Coming Up For Air? I liked it best of all Orwell's novels.

Yes, I use it a lot. I’m impressed with 8 books. I’ve read 7 so far. It’s interesting seeing which book you’ve read has been read the most and which has been the least read and how many pages you’ve read so far

I've just finished my Susan Howatch epic, it was a tough one to explain (psychic monk leaves priory and marries a woman young enough to be his daughter then has a mental breakdown trying to do faith-healing after performing an exorcism. An everyday story of ordinary folk), but it had a lot of beautiful imagery and had a lot to say on the subject of grief and change.

I'm now reading Li_elight by Emily Organ, but I'm not far enough into it to know whether I'll like it yet.

I would highly recommend the Tattooist of Auschwitz. But make sure you've got tissues at the ready if you get emotional while reading.

The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins. Fills in the gaps that you didn't know about. French Pig farmers wearing masks end up getting a lot of innocent people massacred. Contains plenty of food for thought.

Hi all, ‘The name of the wind’ by Patrick Rothfuss is a fantastic book as is the second in the trilogy ‘The wise mans fear’.

Be warned I am still waiting for the final book, it’s been 8-9 years, he’s still not written it.

I recommended getting them on Audible the narration is top notch, I’ve listened to them both over and over.

One last thing if you like erotica, I have been writing short stories, I would love to share with people for feedback. Message me if interested.
