FabSwingers.com forum: Met a forumite but didn't know ?

What would you do if you met someone, but then later found out they are a regular forumite but meet on a totally different profile?

- You met them on profile 1 but they use profile 2 just for the forums. No mention of the 'alternative' profile on either.

I am pretty sure this has happened on multiple occasions with people being part of a couple but use a single profile for the forums.

I would simply ask why they have got two profiles? ultimately it’s not my business, but I would be interested and intrigued! Judge them as Untrustworthy? no!

I think we are always too quick to judge based her own preconceived assumptions!

I didn’t meet them, but I knew someone who had a bi CD profile but on their forum profile, was pretty homophobic and didn’t like CDs

I used to delete my profile after every visit to the UK and re join when I returned, now I delete it roughly every 8 to 12 weeks and re-register with new name. Could be someone like me that you have encountered.

I live in an Islamic country it's not looked on very well here State monitoring also needs to be treated with caution, but this site is an excellent way to keep in contact with friends back in the UK. My partner is a professional Egyptian dancer so I keep it as low key as possible.

Lots of people have more than 1 profile.

Once you’ve met then the relationship is with that person rather than one Fab profile.

Having another profile is as irrelevant as their Facebook or Instagram profile; you find out about the person you met.

Whether it goes anywhere or not could be down to their honesty so if they have a public profile that’s very different and you don’t like that side of them, maybe it won’t go further.

I have 2 profiles, one as a couple with my husband and one as a fem, i use them for different meets as im not allowed to use my fem profile to put a meet on as a couple. Admin changed my profile when i did that many years ago.

So in some cases its not sneaky but a necessity if i want to meet as a couple and a fem.
