You want to hear from other ladies that enjoy other "sexy" parkrunning ladies?

Try one, like sex running is much more fun when it isn’t a solo activity. I highly recommend it for anyone who is a runner or wants to start. Always a great community from the elite 14minute fliers to the tail walkers and all abilities in between.

I was considering running tomorrow but as I can’t shake off a cough it would probably result in premature death which I am keen to avoid.

Maybe one day I will give it a try, my eldest is moving back home very soon and has said she wants to start running. This could be something I could suggest to her and I could accompany her.

Hope your cough clears up soon, I hate it when something stops me getting outside. My boyfriend has missed a couple of runs this week due to a cold...which he claims to have caught off me

At the risk of being controversial I don’t like park run I’ve done it twice I prefer to do my own run

What didn't you like about it?

It's not for everyone but I know for me it's been the best thing. Kept me active, bought amazing people into my life, gave me a reason to get up on a Saturday

Ditto.

I've just got my 250 t-shirt!

Macavity and I very often go off on Parkrun tourism runs - he's trying to do the 50 closest runs to home and they keep opening up new ones

Do you tour as well Evie, or just stay local?
