"i grew french beans last year,got a realy good crop,i grew garlic last year for the first time,that did well " I've never tried garlic ,growing , i might try that , I'm noy going to bother much , because of the draught , i got some cherry tomato seeds left from last year , i'll start them off this week tho .. but dont think it's worth doing carrots ?  | |||

" You can't really go wrong with sunflowers. Birds love them so you have to be careful when they start to shoot otherwise they eat them all. | |||

" Plant them in 3inch pots to start , just put them on your window sill , cover for first 5days and a small amount of water to germinate , when they are 5 inch high , harden off outside in the day time for a week ,then plant out late May ...simples dont forget to save the seeds for the birds in winter | |||
