I really struggle to keep it up in the winter months I offer piggyback services too and from the gym, especially helpful on leg days. When you need that extra lift to get to the gym haha I've been tempted to ask for piggybacks up and down the stairs after leg day! If there is no one around to give me piggy backs I just fall down the stairs and take the following day off work what about up? Do you have a stairlift? Well here is were it gets technical, I sit my butt on the step and then use my hands to try lift my weight and slide my butt up to next step up. D Clever way to get some upper body excercise in on leg day! And the best part is..if your good at it not tooooo many people give you funny stares, I have been asked to leave before by the staff while I half way up the stares on butt but I just pouted and said I was stuck then pretended to fall asleep to be fair I've seen people do stranger things that they claim to be excercises. Yes.. like cross fit yahay Are you slagging off CrossFit? We are no longer friends. Also... if you give me a piggyback and go for a run, does it count as me going for a run? I'd need to piggyback 5 of you to get a workout Nah, not after all the pizza I ate post workout - think I’d suffice as a dead weight Shall we get dominoes and take a shoulder each?"
