50 pull ups 100 press ups In 5 mins or under.

Anyone do it?

Press ups easy, pull ups as well probably not, wouldnt be far off.

Don't do them as they dint have any carry over to powerlifting.

Bodyweight deads or squats x 100 in 5 minutes would be impressive.

You know what I reckon I could squat my body weight 100 times in 5 I only weigh 10.10 at the moment

I'm confused. I always thought bodyweight squats were just squatting your bodyweight I.e. without weights. I can do 100 of them in less than 5 minutes. Squatting lifting the equivalent of my bodyweight on the other hand...

Are we talking proper pull ups tho ? I'm talking about each and every one started at the bottom with straight arms and pulling up so the top of your chest hits the bar not the half arsed pull ups you see most people attempting. If you can do 50 like that then 100 push ups in 5 mins I'd be impressed

that count you dont have to them without stopping but you do have to do 50 pulls first then 100 press ups

No chance YET...

Rogue here. I recently went back to the Gym after about 2 years, having not been in a physical state to manage it due to illness. Maybe in a few months...

Mrs Blondie has not idea that I've started back, which means sneaking to the gym at silly o'clock in the morning after she leaves for work. Want to be able to surprise her with my refound fitness levels.
