I always thought bodyweight squats were just squatting your bodyweight I.e. without weights. I can do 100 of them in less than 5 minutes. I recently went back to the Gym after about 2 years, having not been in a physical state to manage it due to illness. Maybe in a few months... Mrs Blondie has not idea that I've started back, which means sneaking to the gym at silly o'clock in the morning after she leaves for work. Want to be able to surprise her with my refound fitness levels. | |||
