quality over quantity street

I always keep hearing about and seeing posts about oh it has to be quality over quantity threads...what is quality? I sure as hell do not see it or experience it on here and think that the quality of guys has dropped well for me any way! Least brush your teeth and have a wash and do not leave me to hand wank you off is not to me quality! So my question again is what is quality?

Quality is surely an individual thing but at a basic level cleanliness, respect, manners and consideration should be givens - as for anything sexual that is where discussion comes into it and agreeing boundaries and expectations etc
