We have a roll top bath

And downstairs a walk in shower

But I prefer to relax in a hot bath

Also have a jacuzzi but that’s emptied for the winter

I have a roll top bath too and I absolutely adore soaking in it . Showers are good for quickness.

Relaxing hot baths for an hour I adore

Quick fresh shower in a morning.

Different pleasures with each. Energising and gleeful torrent of water to immerse yourself in and arouse the senses; either a scrub away and cleansing or a revitalising and awakening experience in the shower. Or a contemplative and languid cocooning in water, unravelling and soaking into the heat with time to attend gently and purposefully to your ablutions in the bath. Love them both.
