Somewhere In The Ether…

Loads! - I was a real scaredy-cat

Salem’s Lot (although technically a two part mini series as opposed to a film) absolutely terrified me!

Hell, even now I don’t like seeing creepy kids floating around outside and scratching on my window

As a child I watched the Thriller video was probably about 5 yrs old, it wasn’t scary but I did have a nightmare

As a teenager I remember watching the most haunted house thing with Philip Schoffield and Sarah Green, me and about 10 of my mates and every single one of us was shook

D.

None really. I'd watched a lot of horror films before I was a teen and never found them that scary. I don't know if that says more about me really. If anything I enjoyed them. Se7en and silence of the lambs were favourites of mine.

Non, Jaws had me on the edge of my seat and thrilled me for the first time in my young life. I had never been so enthralled in a film, so I felt quite a few feelings but not scared.

I continued to finding horror films enjoyable but they never scared me, I knew in the end they were stories made up in someone's head....until.

The Blair Witch Project, all of my usual level-headed attitude to films, left me. I sat on my chair feeling emotions I'd never felt watching a film, even my girlfriend thought the film was rubbish. I know why it got to me, and quite understand why others think the film is terrible. I on the other hand am glad it freaked me out, hopefully another one will come along.

I used to watch Sky One's friday fright night feature, the only one that ive been 'worried' about was a B/W movie called Frogs.

Tend to find 'modern' horror movies are more comedy as they dont get the psycological build up to scare you like some older films
