Probably because they're more difficult to arrange. Not a lot of women would turn up for such a night, I'd guess, so it's not a great money spinner for the clubs.

Isn't every night a greedy guys night?

The whole point of a GG night is where its considered acceptable for a woman to enjoy lots of guys, there isn't such a stigma for guys. It's just that most guys don't generate the attention.
