Yes I do as it have a lot of carbs in them and it is a training day so I am having alot of carbs about 350g how much carbs do you have?

Yes, trying to get my running time down, plus training for a kettlebell snatch test in December. 16kg kettlebells for 100 KB snatches in under 5 minutes... It's painful...

Carribean restaurant in town. I pass it all the time, always smells amazing, but I'm always on my way somewhere.

Today I had time to go in.
