Well im cut and have been since about 2 weeks old so i dont know any other, but ive never had any complaints, i get rock hard and stay rock hard even after cumming most times. Well if his foreskin was tightening up... It wasn't a good look and perhaps painful so he meant that now it looks better because the tighten foreskin is gone.
