That’s entertainment?

What do you do to entertain yourselves in these long, dark evenings? I'm at a loose end generally, there's only so many times you can read the holy scriptures, they never change. I'm not much of a tv watcher; over the years I feel like I've missed out on epic viewer pulling escapades such as Dirty Dot Coton falling in the canal and JR was doing whatever he did. I sometimes wish I was more normal so I didn't feel left out. So much of our popular culture has passed me by.

So, inspire me. What wonderful and original pass-times do you get up to as we head into winter?

"I thought it was going to be about the Jam."

Like I said; I miss out on a lot of popular culture so I had to google that.

Seems they were some kind of band which had moderate success and then gave up.

In the summer I’m always out walking but no so much in the winter evenings.

We are not big on TV either OP but have Netflix & Amazon Prime. Recently we've been in bed not long after the kids at around 9.30-10pm & watch a film.

That, the obvious or read is about it
