"Highly Sexed" definition please?

I come across this term "Highly Sexed" from Women and trying to gauge it.

Example: Does it mean once with 100+ different men? 1000s times with your longest partner?

Or I'm totally off course?

I read it as being she likes the sex. But then again who doesn’t if it’s good sex? And therein lies the crux.

It has been used to describe me before. I enjoy a lot of sex with the same person as it tends to be the best sex but often my sex drive is too high for one person so it's great when I have a few who can take on the challenge
