I don't have any issues that I am aware of. I have a great life, job, friends. I dont regret anything, I don't aspire to be anything different. I need an acupuncturist for my damn sinuses, but not a therapist

Lack of sustained focus for me. My goals change as often as the tides lol if I want something badly enough that's within reach I'll go for it there and then, out of reach and it becomes a complex equation as to wether or not I should put in the time and effort even, which in itself takes time and effort and ultimately something that takes my attention away and my goals change again.
