I think it's a fair question. It is a positional kink after all. Wouldn't expect someone who has an aversion to being restrained to accept being hog tied to a bed frame.

Although the masses may disagree. Be prepared.

So if you can bench press, lift however much doesn't mean you could hold a lady in that position, let alone perform the act.
