Inspired by the disappointed thread which mostly seemed to cover chocs and sweets being so much smaller (honestly, I reckon they use the same measurement as single guys use for their cocks....where's the tongue in cheek icon?)...what sweeties and chocs do you miss from when you were a kid and if available, are they now smaller than they were?

Spangles

Revels - coffee ones...boak

Frys 5 centres

Wagon wheels - tiny as feck nowadays

does anyone one remember the hard boiled sweet called sweet peanuts? They were in the shape of a monkey nut had a caramel flavour and in the center had bits of salted peanut in. Used to buy them buy the 1/4 . They were truly scrumptious. Can only get them in 'olde worlde' sweet shops now

I liked the spearmint mojo's best....and at 8 for a penny a really good buy. Just think if you convert the old money into new pence...you'd get....for 5 new pence (which is the equivalent of an old shilling) you would have got 96 mojo's oh how times have changed
