I want something nice for lunch, I don't want to spend ages in the kitchen.

What can I make that's a quick and easy prep, but yummy?

Whaya your favourite go to quick meal to prep?

Super noodles with cheese on maybe even in a toasted sandwhich with ham on. If you do the sandwhich though keep the broth separate for dipping after the noodles are cooked.

A toastie with anything you like.

Ramen

Niçoise salad
