I've recently started putting weight on due to an injury, I didn't think I did but someone pointed out that I had. I'm insecure about my weight so is there anyone that can provide some info on how to lose it

Might sound daft but try to honestly track what you eat. Then you’ll have a baseline from which to make sensible dietary changes. Consider using free apps like MyFitnessPal. Weight loss is 80+% diet.

Good luck.

Yup. I've been using my fitness pal too and if anything I've gotten too good at making low calorie meals as I've had to add food back in as I was only just making 1000 calories a day. I make most of my dinner vegetables which is filling and low calorie. I've had to increase my protein intake as I wasn't getting nearly enough and I've decreased my portions of carbs. I feel great and it's great when you get to the end of the day and have calories left over to have a little treat.

God loves a trier but I think he’d also say embrace the cuddly you.

He’s very contradictory like that.

Nobody said it would be easy but if u want to lose weight then it has to be done. I snack on fresh pineapple, black grapes satsumas. Just cut out the junk food and drink plenty of water.

Cycling might be easier on your knee and also may help to build strength around the injury (obviously depending what the injury is)

Book an appointment with an accredited nutritionist. I (Luke) did that and it changed things for me enormously with fantastic results. I highly recommend it.

I’m glad this works for you too. It’s made such a difference for me.
