Continue here, it is interesting to see what we all are doing and what is your fitness goal? I am going this week and I went this morning. I had a good halloween workout and I did a full body workout.

I go 3 times a week and my goal is to bulk up. I track my macros everyday and I eat about 3000 calories daily. I use mynetdiary to log it, it is a fun and an interactive app.

What motivates you to go? I like to watch alot of training videos and I follow few utubers like nick wright, thomas maw and I like as well 3d abs with the great dane https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmGfHk46OSU

Paused deadlifts to start, hate them but they help massively with my sticking points so persevere with them

Bench after, easy 150kg x 5 touch n go, well on track for getting 180kg paused in May next year.

Some assistance work after.

Been 3 times this week. Main lifts being box back squats (hip mobility not what it should be) eccentric bench press due and Romanian Dead lifts. Mix in lots of flexibility and core stuff in between and I’m aiming to cut body fat so currently aiming for around 2800 cals a day

I did, wish I hadn't now, I'm fucking ruined.

30 reps total at 210kg on squats, there was spewing.

30 reps total 130kg bench, that was just horrible after squats.

Some rather pathetic assistance work after.

I generally do 4x CrossFit sessions a week and add some double days in to focus on areas I really need to improve so could be anything from a 8-12 block of strength work, usually doing some heavy on the minute every minute lifting of or focussed on conditioning, so running / spin etc

Probably going to try a few crossfit-style workouts in tomorrow's session.

I usually try and go 3 to 4 times a week. Damaged my rotator cuff few months back...bloody hampering my weights big time and slow as hell to improve.

I had breast cancer and my oncologist said exercise is vital to helping combat a return. I will do anything that helps that!

It's just where I am in my programme, at the peak now so it's all hard work.

I do loads of mobility and foam rolling etc for recovery. It's more about allowing my CNS to recover between workouts for me. If I go back too early I just won't have.

Meeeeeeee! I’ve just completed an ultimate warrior body combat marathon last Sunday!!!

And now concentrating on building definition tone opposed to the amount of cardio I was doing.

Combination of kettlebell and free weights plan on legs, abs, back and shoulders this week. And next rotate a mixed plan of pump and combat.

I don’t want to bulk out lol

What motivates me? Is ME! I know the pay off is amazing and I know I feel great eating clean (weekends I have off from clean eating)

"I went this morning, what about you? I did a full body workout, today it is day 87 of my slow bulk

How long is your bulking program for??

x NI am planning to do it for a year. I am eating about 300+ kcal surplus of my 2700 kcal maintenance diet what type of diet are you following? x."

I'm trying to lose body fat and gain a little muscle (but not bulk) - I don't count calories or weight myself - I have a protein shake in the morning OR a little porridge with honey, a protein shake with almond butter and berries after my workout about lunch time and a whole foods meal in the evening. Lean protein, loads of veggies and some complex carbs (normally brown rice or sweet potato...) Doing it till end of the year (well until xmas day when I'll blow the diet!!!) and then will resume in new year but less strict - I'm taking about 60gr of carbs a day at the moment...

I used the machine in the gym to test it and whilst it’s not 100% accurate it’s a rough idea.

A friend is a PT and can eye in with a decent accuracy a persons body fat, though I think it was a lucky guess with mine haha

There was something on the tele about them, they tested a wide price range and for the most part they really don’t cut it. But I’m sure some must be worthwhile so I guess the reviews would be your friend on the given product
