"I generally do 4x CrossFit sessions a week and add some double days in to focus on areas I really need to improve so could be anything from a 8-12 block of strength work, usually doing some heavy on the minute every minute lifting of or focussed on conditioning, so running / spin etc " Probably going to try a few crossfit-style workouts in tomorrow's session. | |||

I’ve dropped recovery time down massively since doing their recovery gpp stuff. " It's just where I am in my programme, at the peak now so it's all hard work. I do loads of mobility and foam rolling etc for recovery. It's more about allowing my CNS to recover between workouts for me. If I go back too early I just won't have. | |||

"Been slacking but tomorrow the work starts again. Climbed back up to 17% body fat from 13% so time to get my arse in gear. How do you measure body fat? With scales or the traditional way? x N I used the machine in the gym to test it and whilst it’s not 100% accurate it’s a rough idea. A friend is a PT and can eye in with a decent accuracy a persons body fat, though I think it was a lucky guess with mine haha Oh ok, fair enough! But I’m sure some must be worthwhile so I guess the reviews would be your friend on the given product | |||
