It really depends how you define a lover. Is that someone you have had sexual contact with or someone you’ve had penetrative sex with. Does a blow jib in a bus station count? Or fingering at a disco? Titting up in the back row? A bit of exploratory mutual wanking?

Relationships - lasting from 10+ years to a few months, 6 men and 1 woman.

One night stands, only one or two.

Recreational sex i.e. parties, meets, fwb, booty calls etc. - really really difficult to put a number on. More than 50, less than 150? With a male:female ratio of 3:1 I’d guess.
