I have a lelo, went to charge it yesterday and noticed I had to wiggle the cable to charge it...

I know they come with a warranty of 10 years, I think it is 10 years, I got mine Jan 2018 time. Has anyone sent theirs back?

TBh I am a tad embarrassed to say hey it is faulty. Yet when my GHDs broke I was straight on the phone to them

Just send it bk x lelo are one of the best! Other alternative is to see if it's cable damage or the usb port x
