Clubs are of interest but also a little scary if you’ve never been or know anyone who’s been, we’re not scared of the people but For example what to wear “male and female”. Privacy, basically we don’t want to be embarrassed. I’m sure we’ve all been there

Manchester (she/her)

Yes, everyone has a first time.

Website will have an idea of dress code. Dress down, lingerie for women, usually boxers for men.

Privacy, there are completely private and almost always lockable rooms through to playing in the open.

We're usually a welcoming bunch.

Hi guys all clubs have different dress codes it is worth looking on the club profiles or contacting the club or website for more info. Every club is welcoming to newcomers and let them know it's your first visit. Theres no embarrassment once you are there as everyone is there for the same reason. Certain clubs have event nights some for newbies so worth having a look also. The club I go to has separate changing rooms for couples and fems and separate for single males. I'm sure someone else will point you to other similar also. Clubs are very welcoming and relaxed and great for socialising with no pressure. Have fun !

For a first club visit, you could choose a club that isn't "dress down". Also, just try to talk to as many different folk as you can, you'll have a lovely night talking to great people and get to see what a club is really like.

Thanks, as you can imagine we’re not the only ones wondering what to wear, it’s a lot easier for men

Definitely, something I would love to try but sadly, I seem to have moved to the only real in the UK that doesn't have one nearby lol

I was worried I would have to walk around in my underwear (which would never happen), thankfully that wasn't the case

That’s exactly the thing. Nobody wants to be embarrassed, for obvious reasons it’s not publicised. What worries us is walking into a club and everyone “by everyone I mostly mean women” men don’t care either way. Are all in lingerie and I’m in jeans. Or the opposite. Or is there a mixture to start with

Hi v, check with the club for dress code and ask them , or speak to couples going on the same night if you can make a newbie event then you may feel more at ease.
