I’m still not sure what ‘thick’ means tbh. My thighs (and calves) are naturally slim and toned but with some muscle definition as I’m a runner. Is this ‘thick’?! It’s all about individual interpretation isn’t it....

I’ve heard both are excellent for toning and muscle definition?? I’m more a cardio / weights girl so have yet to try either! Will have to give them a go as people keep recommending them

I do yoga and workout lol if you like slim toned then yoga/pilates route but muscle/definition then HIIT/weight route better ... a combination of both is best
