A friend of mine - who is an actual TV Chef / restaurant owner - will take care of the catering

I would bring a selection of canapés to nibble whilst everyone circulates, chatting...

To wash them down I’ll bring my local cocktail bar specialist .... he’s also my best drinking buddy. He conjures up the most amazing Gin cocktails!
