I don't always but if I think I need to consciously make an effort I try very hard to concentrate on the good things and get outside a lot.

I try take some time out to do something that I like. Maybe have a bath, read a book, listen to music, meet up with a friend etc.

Try naturism /hols etc....and switch the phone off ......make time to chill and do nothing ....

That's true, I deactivated my Facebook and logged out of all the other social media drains. It's great, I now focus on me. Best thing I ever did.
