I think it’s so important that men (and woman) feel able to talk about their mental health and when they are struggling. I have my moments, some times it’s obvious to people around me and sometimes it isn’t. I can laugh and joke and appear totally fine but inside feel alone and numb.

Men don’t feel ashamed to admit you’re struggling! It will pass it. There will always be sunshine after rain

On a serious note.... I totally understand that.

I was asked recently by a very close friend if I was ok... Obviously I said yes. Then they asked again... I still said yes...

I really wasn't ok. But I didn't want to burden them with my issues.

We all have our own faults and our own coping mechanisms.....

We all need to learn to be more open about our mental health.

It's ok not to be ok.
