Just putting the feelers out there, what started out as a bit of an addiction to cheesecake, friends have tried various flavours / bases and its now a bit of a hobby / side business. Orders are pretty regular and i love making them knowing others enjoy eating them as much as i do.

Any interest and flavour requests?

You're not allowed to sell on here. Apologies if that's not what you mean. X

What's your favourite? And can you give us the recipe?

I like to keep it simple and you can't beat a traditional vanilla flavour and digestive base but with a touch of raspberry coulis, as for the recipie......that would be telling

Soooo mean!

I had one with gingernuts as the base. Think it was lemony. It was dreamy.

I like baked cheesecakes! Black cherry mandarin or lemon. I also like a hint of ginger in the base.

Love deconstructed cheesecakes, layered up in a tall glass. I cooked a cherry and star anise one for a vanilla date and it was amazing. I think he realised as I was eating it that it was giving me more pleasure than he did. It all ended shortly afterwards.

Not had many requests for ginger but orea bases are hugely popular and so is the lotus biscoff although i feel biscoff is too rich for me. One made yesterday for myself is vanilla but with mini rolos mixed in....very moreish

"Lime cheese cake with chic limes through it "

Lime cheesecake with rhubarb round the edge. Possibly an element of very dark chocolate..

I didn’t verbally compare the two...

But the cheesecake was exceedingly good... almost orgasmic..
